add-on question: dependency?

I recently re-installed and therefore had to download all my add-ons again. Many of them are in red and aren't working due to some "dependency" issue. Most notably Master Merchant and the Dolgbrun's Lazy writ add-ons. I'm not actually sure what this dependency issue is or how I can resolve it. Any suggestions?

Each addon with a dependency has an arrow to the left. Click on it to reveal the dependency.

Most dependencies are named Lib_____ for "library" file. Once you've learned which you are missing, you can easily find and install them using Minion.
