Honestly, you can't really bring characters from other franchises directly into a TES world since that sort of interplanar travel and stuff doooooesn't really fit into the universe's lore. The time travel and different planes (and travel between them) is completely different. Hmmm that's a cool idea. I'll ponder that one. This actually fits fairly well because he's joined up with the stargazers (something about the 'stargazers' just resonated with him for some reason...) who would do something like this.
