I'm not sure too many people with a VPN to play ESO. But then again, maybe those are the same people complaining about the lag!You realize people could easily get around this by using a VPN (which a lot of people do already) and that even barring that, IP addresses aren't static unless you pay to have one set up like that, right? And it's generally only businesses that bother with static IPs for their systems.

Please explain how that would work?
They can't really enforce multiple accounts because multiple people might be playing them. Not every husband and wife has two computers, sometimes they share.
