Im thinking of trying out dk cause it seems the most fun. But maybe try pvp in the future, considering the passives is he good?

    Orc (if stamina)
    Breton (if magicka)
    Dunmer (if you plan to switch)

    Really the race you choose especially with the recent patch isn't too terribly important. Most of your stats come from elsewhere.

    Tbh. If you are going to min - max, I would go for other race. Argonians have pretty much sustain only (but even then you can achieve better sustain on other race). You see, currently, Argonians & Bosmers (Wood Elves) are considered significantly worst than other races in terms of racial passives.
    For stam DK, I would consider Nord, Orc or Redguard.
    For Mag DK, Breton, Dunmer (Dark Elf) or Altmer (High Elf).
    If you specifically want to build for PvP, then pick Orc.

    But then again - if you like Argonians for lore reasons or you simply want your DK to look more "dragon-ish" then you can pick Argonian. In that case, be aware however that it will be harder for you to achive better results.

    Go for argonian if your making a dk.

    They look like dragons.

    Best suited for DRAGON Knights.

    Racials aren't as important as some people think. I have an imperial dragon knight and everyone thinks imperials are terrible. My bosmer kicks ass with a bow but of course I only do PvE. I hate PvP. So if you want an Argonian DK go for it.

    In search of skill points, I converted my Imperial DK to magicka and healed a few dungeons, including a DLC dungeon in a PUG only one of whom had been in that dungeon before. I don't think using a magicka race would have made any significant difference.

    I.e., don't sweat the racial details except for extreme mismatches.

    Argonian DK is second best tank after nord. As Dps Argonians suck. As healers well argonians are ok, but DK are not very good healers.

    So if you really want to play argonian then play a tank or a very non optimal DPS/healer

    At the end of the day only you can decide what race and class you want to play. I was thinking a while back about doing an Argonian Warden and people were saying nooo you don't want a Lizard as Warden, I did it anyway and had so much fun levelling and questing I am glad I didn't listen to them.

    I went to that Khajiti province and I don't see it anywhere. Is it like the "any key"? Mysterious and hard to find?

    That a very false idea than ppl get.
    DK are good healer and are the only one who have a perma-acces to major mending and a 56m range possible burst heal + minor brutality, they even get a buff that heal low hp ppl for 7k every 5sec.
    You can heal all the content w/o any problem with them.

    Argonian DK is basically burst resource management minigame galore. You don't really have any bonus to natural regen and instead have to manually trigger it with ultimates and potions.

    An argonian salamanderlike dragon knight that spies fire sounds awesome to me... and dk have easy acces to major mending which is great for argonian too... with naga shaman you can probably even build a cool heal tank

    ye partly why i made my necro an argo cuz of its passives on healing done with negative effect etc stacking nicely with argo, throw a ritual mundus stone on top of that too with my ww and i got good ass heals

    Choose whatever feels good for you, it hardly makes any difference for most players. If you want to squeeze out some extra DPS, sure, but being a good DPS depends on far more factors than your race.
