You don't understand because the @OP is making a fantasy. ADHD does not cause someone to spam abilities uncontrollably in a video game. This is a nontroversy.
This is correct adhd/add has nothing to do with causing him to click keys repeatedly, if anything having add/adhd creates an environment where a person naturally has the skillset to be able to multi-task more consistently than others to their own detriment at times.
