Elsweyr: A problem with khajiit speaking "I" and "me" about themselves

During "Home sweet home" quest you meet three khajiiti sisters who's, to my shock, spoke about themselves not in the 3rd person. Is there is any explanation behind this? Last time such a khajiit have been seen in game he was patented by orcs. These seem native and have a father who speaks normally.

feyii✭✭✭✭There is a Khajiit in Reaper's March who also does not use Khajiit speak. She actually tells you that she refuses to do this. In the end of the quest (which is part of the regions main story), she does use it though, out of respect for Raz who she thinks dead.
So I wouldn't call this something new and neither unusual. It's just personal taste of these specific Khajiit.1
