[BUG] Elsweyr - Only base terrain, mobs and other players render, everything else is missing

I was riding from a wayshrine to a dragon spawn point when all the sudden everything in the game world vanished with the exception of the base terrain, the nearby mobs and other players.
Moving around, killing a dragon etc. did not help. The rest of the zone assets never loaded back in.
I had to relog in order for this to go back to normal ...
