Dungeon Finder - Declined?

I just got Elsweyr, and id trying to level up and doing some dungeons.
Im lvl 10 and did one random dungeon.
But after that i have not been able to joine any dungeon again...
Its just keep saying "Someone declined the invite"
I even tried relogging, and joining with another character, and still the same.
As it is now im not able to do dungeons?
I tried it before and even with a full group. Don't get wat the Devs don't do more bug focus one this. As it has been there for a long time now.
Are there found any work around other then screeming in chat?

SerchantSoul ShrivenSame problem here, also with Battlegrounds. Have googled it and it seems to be an old issue that still hasnt been fixed. Couldnt even find ONE reply from ZOS while searching for a fix.
Reloggin and reload ui didnt work for me

I manage to get into a dungeon and i used a 150% Xp scroll.
After the first dungeon i got "Unable to Queue At This Time" everytime i tried.
This is starting to get stupid.. and unplayable...
BTW.. you owe me a new Xp Scroll

Camatoo✭its broken for nearly a year now. It seems to be random, but if it appears it also occurs for a whole pregroup who all accepted.
Its super annyoing since it blocking you for pledges if you dont have infinitve time on your hands.
Same with battleground/pvp1 -

Sanctuary_Reaper✭✭✭✭✭it’s broke right now.
So I logged off.
Its always broke, unless no one logs on, so the idea is not to play the game, because if the servers are busy, a feature that is now pretty much the bedrock of dungeons for a lot of players, doesnt work.
Got it ZoS, you dont the players to play.
The incompetence in this company is very real.1
