PC NA Group Finder Broken Again

Widespread complaints right now in zone and all 5 of my guilds that dungeon finder, Cyrodil, and Battleground queues are broken right now. Been stuck in a loop of the infamous: "someone declined the invite" for 40 minutes for PvP. So we said to heck with it, and created a 4 man group to knock out our daily dungeon, and we get "Unable to queue at this time." Someone please go gently pat the hamster that runs the group finder and motivate him to work again; poor little guy seems to have quit for the night.

    Last night we'd form a group and then get the "ready check" message and then with in 1 to 2 seconds it would say someone did not accept... you would of had to have super human reflexes to say no or yes in the time it took to dump you back in the queue

    Same old thing in Eur servers as well...
    It's been months since we all reported the Duty Finder
    was (lets stay polite) "subpar"...
    Yet, apparently its working "fine"...
    Go figure, perhaps we are on drugs and systematically decline
    when we need our dailies done... (sic) lol

    Quite a few of us have had the same experience for both Random Normals and Battlegrounds over the last 2-3 days, whether with 1, 2 or 3 players in our group.

    Worth pointing out, I think, is that even when we had 4 in our group prior to entering the queue (and all clearly communicating that we were pressing the ready check), we had the same issues - taking 10-20 ready checks just to get into a Random Normal. Perhaps this insight is helpful to those reviewing and addressing the way this code works?

    We experienced the same, both when queuing for BGs and for a random daily dungeon. This was a full 4-man premade group, confirming over voice comms that we were definitely pressing the ready check each time. We moved into different zones (less populated), turned off addons (to ensure something wasn't somehow conflicting with the ready check press), and at one point even zoned into another team member's instance. No dice. At highest count, we ran through the cycle 34 times before success: ready check pops, all confirm, insta-"Someone declined the invite. You've been moved to the head of the queue", rinse-repeat. Very frustrating, to say the least.

    This seems to be a very old problem. Any word on a fix?
