Same on PC-NA, went to buy lux for the week and he's gone

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom The Lux vendor has despawned too early and a lot of us have missed out on buying lux furnishings. Could this please be fixed?

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom It's rather late and I guess the luxury vendor will not be fixed anymore today. Hopefully we get a change to buy the statues later this week or next weekend?

Tried different characters and logging in and out etc., and I have done the quests on the characters I tried. No Luxury vendor. Hopefully he will be there Monday ? I read he leaves by 8pm est but I was there before that time.
