Dungeon and Battle grounds group finder is completely broken

3 of us in group today were doing rando dungeons then decided to do a rando BG when the queue decided to constantly say someone declined even though it was in forming group mode, we sat there for 15 minutes waiting till we decided to try dungeons again then the same thing happened and we even got errors saying we could not queue at this time??? Please fix this asap as we use these to level out new Necromancers! @ZOS_GinaBruno gina

Group Finder is very much broken right now. Server latency seems to be on the rise by about 30-40% as well. (NA)
Typically run around with 90-100ms, now sitting at 140ms.
I think we need hardware upgrades.1
