I just restarted playing eso well a month ago and one of my original alts is a vampire, he has a purple looking back ground, i created a new one but it does not have it how can i change it to look normal?

No it isn't, that is night time with certain color balance settings set lighter than most would.
I get it too because i too hate it to miss loot in the dark.
Killed turns things that are colored mono-toned.What are Natch Potes? Can you eat those?
