With Necromancer, when are other class passives being reworked?

I mean the Necromancer passives are beyond good, free 2k health? 10% dot damage and reduced dot damage? (RIP DK) free physical/spell pen? a free execute built into the passives! free stam+mag recovery every 2 seconds ontop of a free 200 stam and mag recovery, healing received and healing done with increased crit heals....
I'm not saying all passives on other classes are bad but they do need some work and am wondering if we see you guys doing anything about them in the near future?

Reworking classes keeps the game fresh. I just wish so many people wouldn’t doom and gloom over small changes they always call a ‘nerf’ that end up being a buff.
