Craft Bag Empty

Just went to look in my craft and a few years of collecting stuff all gone does any one know whats happend and if i can get it back.
Thanks in advanced.
I have also noticed that nothing is going to my craft bag its all staying in my inventory

    Obligatory question: do you have any add-ons active? Sometimes a bug in (not necessarily craft-bag related) add-on / UI can cause stuff not showing up in lists, while it's technically still in your bag.

    If you haven't already, start a ticket. THe first response will probably not be helpful at all but keep at it and eventually you will reach someone that will try to help. The sooner you do it the better chance of getting stuff back.

    Ive tried to but cant find where to do it i can log into the game but not my account the code they sent does not work.

    in-game use /help in the chat, it'll allow you to submit a ticket

    Didn't know that sorry it was my own fault I disabled all my add-ons but some how it didn't do anything to the filters
    and it was those that caused the problem but ill remember your advice in the future.

    Make sure that whenever you make important alterations to addons or other settings etc, you totally relaunch the game. Sometimes it can even help to reboot the computer itself. If you simply log out and back in again nothing may have been changed.
