✭✭✭✭Do you have it set to "auto" or "on". I was having similar issues and found my settings were on "auto", setting it do "on" fixed it for me.0 -

At 1:23 you barswap in the middle of resto heavy, that's the culprit. Swap back to resto, finish the heavy, fixed.

Kainarel✭✭✭I'm having serious issues with dropping Lightning Flood since Elsweyr: more often than I'd like the ability simply doesn't fire off.
I press the button and nothing happens. Or the staff begins to shoot light attacks instead. Destro staff ultimate also fails at times, though less often than this.
Never had that problem before. Nor with any other ground cast ability.
My setting is not on Auto - it is on ON. And it makes no difference. It's frustrating as heck, especially with those dragon fights when dps is very needed, every bit of it.Edited by Kainarel on May 25, 2019 4:09PM1
