Random Disconnecting Since Elsweyr Release

As the topic name says, anywhere from five to thirty minutes of being in game, I will disconnect from server. This has been happening since the launch of 5.0.5. I have ensured my connection is not the issue; I've tried recommended methods of fixing the issue from previous patches; I've even done a full reinstall of the game, ran it without add-ons, and nothing works.
Hermaeus Mora my ship, Sheogorath my compass, and Vaermina my helmsman; the tides are certainly cruel, but my time will an inferno give way, to forever light my path in my eternal spiral of descent.
