new to DK class-green effect on armor whe shooting bow (not the green balls!)

Everytime my dk (level 30) shoots a bow, she gets this very quick burst of green glow around her armor with each shot. I'm clueless as to what effect is causing it. She's wearing training generic armor. I see no 'effects' on her.
