I have a very old character. whom I've created on the day ESO launched. Couple days ago I created another character, and I noticed that he had quite a bit more health, despite being much lower level. So I tried investigating. The old character, when naked, has 12548 health, while similarly naked NEW character, same exact race and class, has 17365 health. Nearly 5000 more health naked! Base Magic/Stamina differ by about 1000 points, also advantage new character. This nearly 30% difference in health puts the old character at a considerable disadvantage. Has this issue ever come up before?
