Has anyone else experienced this?
It has happened to me numerous times over the last two days.
Never had it happen this often before.
I've been playing on my magicka dragonknight and it seems like burning embers and relentless grip are now suffering from the same inability to execute that dragon leap used to.

✭✭✭✭✭Servers are usually pretty garbage during patch week as everyone is using up all the ZOS bandwidth to download the patch.
