Solid Basic Healing Sets

I see there is a new crafted set called Cold Harbor. Would that work well with a good monster set like Chokethorn?

Earthgore x 2 (so this doesn't fit the craft-able or purchasable criteria, but you mention chokethorn, so I presume Monster sets are not off limit?)

For dungeons, the above is more than enough.

For a new toon when I had nothing I used Vanus and Withered Hand. Got both sets for about 5k. Then I ran a few BC to get Sanctuary set. Super easy. Then you can start working towards better sets.

SPC +
Kagrenac
Twice Born Star (Mage + Ritual or Atro + Ritual)
Seducer
Julianos (meh, cuz two crit bonuses do nothing, waste of healing potential)

Imo SPC + Kagrenac is best option.
