Streak bug is back? (rooting the caster)

Streak seems to be occasionally applying a root to the caster, like it did several patches ago.
Or is it just me? Maybe it's just weird lag.
I saw some other people mention it, so I thought I'd ask the forums for input.

— They always claim they’re “investigating” the causes, but in reality they’re just waiting until the PC EU players go to bed. Once that happens, you can suddenly log in again and they happily mark the issue as Fixed.0 -

Because I'm bored at work I went to see the threads you created about shades and I see no responses like that from sorc mains. I am sorry if Shade is not working correctly. Undo has the same bug, I think. So that bug also affects Sorcs since many of the post-Nerfmire builds incorporate it.0
