Can't access items from boxes in inventory

Hello!
I am playing since almost 2 months and I am enjoying the game a lot.
But since around 2 weeks I have a bug, which is appearing daily and so I want to report it now.
I have also made a video to show:

When accessing a item-box, the informations of the items inside shows blank. Some days ago I googled this bug already and found a unsolved thread, where someone wrote to "/reloadui", but that's also not helping.
Only solution currently is to travel around, change locations very often, till you can finally access your items.
I am playing on Steam and not using any Addons.
I appreciate any help. Thank you!

The sometimes being unable to access things in a reward box is an old bug. I personally have had it off and on for more than 2 years. On the other hand, I've started utilizing a feature in Bandit's UI addon which allows me to unbox things en masse, which usually fixes the issue. Otherwise, I'm usually required to completely close the game and restart it. Hope this helps.
