Good stuff, I will read up on these suggested sets.
As mentioned, I wont be healing for trials, so I won't be acquiring Trial gear. Especially since I have never done a trial and likely never will.

Oh, if you really don’t want to do trials then just go with SPC and Worm. I would recommend giving trials a shot though, on normal mode they’re no harder than dungeons, and random groups form in Craglorn zone chat all the time.

I would make a chest of Heavy and a legs of Medium and the rest Light. Depending on the build i would use eithe 7 magicka glyphs for armor or 4 small aromr pieces for magicka and 3 big pieces for health. And again, depending on the build i would use either 3 spell harm glyphs for jewls or 3 magicka regen glyphs for jewls. And finally, depending on the build i would use a fire or a lightning glyph for the first staff and a magicka absorb for the second staff. This will give you some decent gear to use until you can find what you want that best suits you.
I use this for all my training builds when grinding to level 50 on magicka toons. 3 and 2 trait sets most people can make fairly quickly. Dont have to spam the guild chat asking for help for much except maybe glyphs and possibly jewls when you are first starting out.

I am putting together my NB for PvE healing. I already use the NB for PvP healing but those sets wont work in PvE. I have been browsing and I am a bit overwhelmed. I only need to heal for dungeons, not trials. So I don't really want to farm stuff. Either craftable or purchasable.
I see there is a new crafted set called Cold Harbor. Would that work well with a good monster set like Chokethorn?
Appreciate any advice

Totally agree, I crafted this set yesterday and it's fun. I love Warden's nature grasp which perfectly correspond with this set. You are chaining to your fellow, Cadwell's "Love" proc and heal get min you and you ally. Then, there is chance to proc Bogdan or Choke (not BIS but didnt have time latelly to drop other) and your ally is at full heal. Second set on PVE depends on what you are lacking. On PvP on second set I'll add to this combo a Mad Tinkerer becouse there is nothing better to see than zerg in the air! Scr*** meta - FUN IS ALL I NEED!new healing set coldharbor favorite where you can dps and heal should be fun and good choice. >..> these people have no imagination....only one heal needs to use olorime anyways. So you aren't really burdened later if you decided to do other content. Chokthen is really good choice for dungeon healing. It procs very often.

Why do you say that?
