has there been a racial passives change that i've missed?

howdy folks, as the title says. the last time i checked the "Dynamic" racial passive (Dark Elves) was supposed to be increase of max. Magicka and Stamina by 1875. but i have just unlocked it on my shiny new Dark Elf Necro and it says 2295. not even High Elves have that much. so has there been a racial passives change again?

✭First, there was a change to racial passives a while back.
Second, while you are leveling a character your passives and gear will be scaled up with the rest of the world. Having decent gear equipped strengthens this temporary bonus while you level to 50. Tool tips on your passives and abilities will have higher than normal values due to the scaling. As you reach level 50, the numbers will decrease to their normal values.“Let your plans be dark and impenetrable as night, and when you move, fall like a thunderbolt.”2 -

oh. i didn't know that. from what i've seen so far while leveling up the racial passives were always the same (values). i have never noticed them (racial passives) being any different while i was lvl 30 or lvl 50 before. thanks for the info..0
