Are Necromancer Spell Copses supposed to disappear that fast?

I noticed that They really dont stay long, trying to stack up some corpses for other spells.

Actually, they disappear so fast, the corpse of the first Blastbone is gone by the time the second one explodes, same with Bone Armor and Skeletal mage corpses…

Is that working as intended or is it buggy?

    It really takes away from the nercomancer experience. Dead eniemies last longer then nerco corpses.

    Fresh corpses are just that, fresh.
    Meanwhile the decayed corpse spawned by the necro is already far beyond its limits
    Cleared Trials:
    - vAA HM - vHRC HM - vSO HM - vMoL HM - vHoF HM - vAS HM - vCR HM -

    I am still waiting for someone to tell me mechic is enagining, fun and effective.

    I am also kinda sad that Werewolves cant consume Necro Spell Corpses xD

    The timers are really buggy and inconsistent. I've had ones that disappear almost immediately, ones that don't flag as usable at all, and ones that last well after combat has ended. Don't even get me started on how broken the scaling is on Blastbones.

    A lot of people on the PTS forums suggested 4 seconds was too short, but it seemed like no one listened. With frequent corpse targeting issues and maybe, oh I don't know, not wanting to use a corpse literally the second it's available and possibly delaying a few gcds, 4 seconds just isn't enough.

    Wait til you're in a pvp environment and die because youre so busy looking for which corpse is yours that you get wrecked. They didn't really address any of the concerns we had about Necro in the feedback thread.

    This was brought up. Unfortunately, this is a by-product of he game engine and cannot be simply changed by adjusting a number.
    Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.

    That's untrue, necromancers actually know many ways of corpse preparation to prolong its usability further.

    So having an perk that's prolong corpse duration would be good addition to show difference between professional and amateur in necromancy.

    What about its range? I get a feeling that I need to stand too close to target to get it to hit....my bow works better then this skill.

    the corpse from bone armor isn't even usable. you have to wait 20 seconds to use it and then no AOE's consume it. the only skill i've found that does is bitter harvest.
