Just throwing it out there...

Dragon leap can still be dodge-rolled and "streaked" if your target is at the ability's max distance when you execute it.

I have no problems with DKs, but isn't it fair that you can outrange leap? I mean you can also dodge Dawnbreaker by rolling or moving through the enemy that is casting it.

That comparison is not valid here. Dawnbreaker is like a cleave aoe and does not require a target. That is why you can evade dawnbreakers. In comparison dragon leap needs an enemy target and has an aoe effect, so it should not be evaded by running or dodging as the main target. Basically its a comparison between a location target aoe effect and a palyer target aoe effect. The location target is counterable by going out of the area, but leap is a player target aoe, so the aoe moves with the target. Therefore you can not evade the aoe, since it moves with you as the center.

It makes sense if this is the case at near max range. As annoying as it is to miss, the only thing they could do to make sure that never happens is improved tracking. This does not seem possible though.
