Anyone else having an error while previewing Jode's Embrace and Hall of the Lunar Champion

In both of the new houses, when i hit F5 to see condition for buying / change between furnished and not, i get an UI error message. None of my addons deal with housing, so i'm wondering if it is a general probleme or a weird compatibility bug with some add-on library ?

✭✭✭I'm having this error as well, even with all addons turned off. I can't purchase the Sugar Bowl Suite.
Not sure if it's tied to gamepad mode, or just a random LUA error... again.
Going to try a repair, but if that doesn't work, I guess it's "post to the bugs forum and hope someone notices."
Update: Guess I didn't uncheck 1 addon - it works now. Not sure how Combat Metrics is messing with the Housing menu but there it is.
