Summerset DLC, new update issues

New update had to redownload and reinstall twice, and I had to repair ESO again which takes several hours.
Now I can't even launch the game and I get an error right away.
Glad I cancelled ESO+ until this game works normally again.
I thought you'd learn from previous patches to fix your launcher.
Who else had this issue and got it fixed?

✭✭✭✭✭I would suggest creating a tech support ticket as it appears to be a local issue since a great many are able to get the game to run. I suggest you include in your ticket how this is a Summerset issue since that may help tech support zero in on things since the title suggest your issue is with Summerset but that reasoning is not obvious.
ESO+ or not Zos will help you with your issue.
Edit: I would provide actual detail and explain what is happening in your ticket. I will tag @ZOS_BillE to this thread but you need to give them something to go by, even the error code you are getting. As it is now, now one can help.Edited by idk on May 23, 2019 9:04AM3 -

✭Only had a slight issue on husbands computer due to the destination drive not having enough space.
