Is it an way to see how long time until your werewolf transformation times out?
On pc and will happily use an addon but none looked relevant in Minion.

This is critical as I do not know if I kill mob fast enough or need to devour.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Below your magic bar is a smaller blue bar, that is your werewolf timer.

By default, the blue bar indicates 30 seconds. However, it is possible to reduce how quickly the bar ticks down, so it can, potentially, represent over two minutes in the right circumstances. (On a maxed out Werewolf, the bar will usually represent a little under 50 seconds.)

Is the upper time capped or could you continue to devour and kill new mobs raising it. Had been a bit nice with an timer.

Using Devour, Feral Pounce, and Blood Rage, you can remain in form (effectively) indefinitely. I've never bothered to time it, but I've maintained a couple transforms for over an hour.

Yes, found that myself once I found the timer and got more passives. Only an issue if you run out of enemies.
