Quest: The Final Order, Claim the Dragonhorn. I'm in Dov-Val Shrine where the horn is and there are several rooms with a lot of chests, desks, nightstands, and such in here as well as walls of bookshelves with books. None of it can be interacted with, nothing to search and can't read the books. Is this intended? Never seen this before, tons of things usually lootable and nada.

I was in a delve with urns on steps, like in some areas of Wrothgar, but not a single one was interactive. I'm just doing the quests on my main, then will be done again til the next thing is released. It's no fun to explore if there's nothing to find."Such is the nature of evil.
