Dungeon Finder Event

I think we probably all saw that a new dungeon finder event was tested on pts in Week 3.
I think we probably also all know that the dungeon finder is not working right now - it is constantly "someone declined the invite", even in a 4-man group, and it's because of the server instances being full. This is the exact same bug we got on the last dungeon event - the event that ZOS had to apologize and give us makeup gifts for.
ZOS promised they would fix the dungeon finder before making any new events relying on it.
So, is there a fix upcoming? Did they think the server upgrades would be enough to fix it? Or are they going back on their promise

✭✭✭✭✭I do not know what the requirement for getting the rewards on the PTS were, but Zos has shown that as long the reward does not actually and specifically require use of the GF they are fine with the GF not working.
They are clearly not concerned with how heavily it impedes players as long as they can live up to the very specific wording they used. I guarantee you that statement was well crafted.1
