Blackrose Prison Batswarm Bug?

Hello,
Since I haven't seen any fixes mentioned in patch notes:
I am 99,9% sure that Lady Minaras Batswarm is bugged. It deals damage even though you're not standing inside the AOE.
Sadly I don't have a video, but let's assume I'm not that bad to stand so long in the batswarm without moving

The bat aoe, sometime, are totally invisible and gonna kill the poor guy who walk in w/o knowing it was here.
