But compensatable through jewelery enchant.
This build is also heavy DoT and HoT reliant so my guess is no extra penetration outside of CPs and Mark (or other skill) is being used.
As far as the skills go here are my guesses for Dots:
1) Passive Bleed or ?DW cloak?
2) Active Bleed DW
3) Active 2H Bleed
4) Shadow Image or 2nd morph
5)Dawnbreaker
6) Alchemy Poison
As far as healing skills go here are the HoTS:
1) Vigor
2) Dark Cloak
3) DW Bleed Heal
4) Leeching strikes (It can technically be considered a hot)
5) Rally/Momentum
-> Burst: Rally or Relentless new Heal (most probably the latter)

nsmurfer✭✭✭✭✭Max Stamina and Weapon Dmg is standard damage is standard for the brawlers.
But after that is where things get confusing.
1) Critical Damage of 2.1x is ridiculously high. This is higher than even what most gankers run around with. This almost guarantees you are using a khajiit. Possibly with Shadow mundus.
2) 2k stamina recovery is pretty darn high for tankly builds, especially as it usually comes at the cost of other things.
3) 63% crit chance means you are actively building towards it, otherwise there is no way to ever hit those numbers without giving up decreasing stats elsewhere. Thief+dual precise daggers? That would however retract from the usage of shadow.
4) 94% extra speed indicates use Orc+Steed. Which contradicts from Khajiit+Shadow/thief
5) Having 30k+ buffed resists in spite of the rest of the stats is crazy high. It suggests Nord and contradicts Orc/Khajiit.
6) Those Magicka stats suggest usage of a Khajiit too.1 -

I would also assume that you are a Khajiit - hence more regeneration (stacked with NB passive) and more critical dmg modifier. Also I am guessing that at least one of your jewelry has weapon dmg buff, the other is stam recovery and the other is stam recovery or dmg mitigation (Protective). 1 Infused jewelry + swift is also quite posible. Foodbuff is most likely Dubious Camoran Throne. And since you said that it is all buffed I would also guess that you have +5K health battle spirit cyro bonus. Also speed buff... Why would anyone use Dreugh Slayer, all it gives you is the weapon damage buff that tons of abilities you want anyways give you. I mean the major expedition is nice, but its more of a hit and run thing if anything.Edited by Nyladreas on May 22, 2019 10:15AM1 -

You are definitely the closest except the sets used. Sets choices are different, but one of your Choices would yield slightly lesser stats, but definitely close enough.1 -
