Relequen Combat Metrics

Hey Arms of Relequen fans ive been killing some skeletons and i dont understand this:

It should be around 240-245 hits, right? 1 hit per second or im missing something

    That just means it hit 390 times, and 0 of them were crits. Proc sets can’t crit. And that particular one can hit more than once per second.

    if relequen does damage per second
    how can hit 390 times when the combat duration is 245 seconds
    And that particular one can hit more than once per second.

    (5 items) Adds 1096 Maximum Stamina & Your Light and Heavy attacks apply a stack of harmful winds to your target for 5 seconds. Harmful winds deal 200 Physical Damage every 1 second. 20 stacks max. 1 second cooldown.

    Each harmful wind does dps separately.

    and if ZOE nerfs Relequen, we need a general Stamina buff. PVP crowd would be happy.

    Each harmful wind does dps separately.
    So is that intended or the set description is wrong? or is just a cmx issue.

    The set description is pretty clear, the set applies up to 20 stacks of harmful winds, with a harmful wind doing 200 dps. This seems to be in line with your dps. The only error is the amount of hits. I don't know if it's a cmx issue or how the game handles Relequen. However, in cmx you should find buff uptime for Relequen with 1 stack, 2 stacks and so on. Each amount of stacks should get its own uptime. Cmx does have issues sometimes, like it can't show actual Briarheart uptime.

    I'm pretty sure whenever Relequen get's refreshed you get a new tick immediately. If you stop attacking it would tick once per second but if you get another proc, you can get more than one tick per second.

    That does not seem to be what they said. Merely said that a fresh proc can cause it to occur before the next second and that can increase the damage.

    Regardless, only Zos can say it is not working as intended and is bugged.

    Wouldn't say its bugged, as it works the same with all other dots, e.g. Burning. Iirc a MagDK can get more than 1.7 ticks per second.

    The point is, there is a tick rate but no cooldown. Check burning counts on a DK parse.
