Elsweyr launch is 4th june, so what is it happened now? Sorry this is probably stupid question, but I dont understand what will then actually come on 4th june.

    Nothing. Elsweyr launched on May 20th on PC and will launch on June 4th on consoles.

    The chapter is on early access for computer users, while the "true" release date is in June for console users.
