As the title states there is no writ delivery place in Rimmen....whats that all about ?

✭✭✭✭✭There is. It is in Rimmen, just not in a very convenient place. It’s on the other side of the city, near the daily delve/world boss quest givers.5 -

✭✭✭✭✭When you are not max level in the particular crafting technique it can do that. But there is a turn in inside Rimmen.
From the crafting area go back to the main square and go straight through it past the wayshrine. Continue on a short way it will be on the right side.

Paazhahdrimaak✭✭✭✭✭Woah?! You guys can do writs in DLC cities without your game crashing?
I have not been in the Crafting area in vivec or hews bane in years, because its a 100% chance my game crashes in those areas.
