(Bug?) Game Crashes Continually after yesterday's update

Started the game about 2:30PM EST yesterday.
It started the repair program which took several hours to complete.
Then, I loaded the game, and when I got to the Launcher, I pushed the Play button. The game immediately crashed there, and continues to crash there. I thought maybe it was because my video driver was 2 months old, so a few minutes ago, I finished installing the latest driver from NVIDIA, got to the launcher, pushed play, and crash!!!

Strange thing, I've been playing ESO for years, and never ever had a problem. Even when I changed computers in 2016 and reinstalled the game, it ran flawlessly after I logged in. BTW, I run the program in Admin mode.
Any help would be appreciated.

I deleted the launcher folder, and then reinstalled it through account management, however, that didn't work.
Every time I click on the PLAY button, it still crashes and gives me the error 11. And the weird thing about this, after I submit the on-line crash report, or even after I click on the X to make that go away, the launcher sits there with the PLAY button all lit up, but if you click on it, back to error 11.
So, I'm just going to uninstall and reinstall the game.
See you all in about 5 days (81GB download).

Don't, it won't help.
On my PC with win 8.1 i don't have any problems.
My girlfriend have w10 like you and she can't play,
Tried repair, then copied my files and put on her laptop still same problem.

If you receive a Fatal Error from the ESO Launcher, you should run a repair on your game files.
A video which details how to repair your ESO game files can be found here.
In addition, you can repair the files for The Elder Scrolls Online on your computer by following the steps below.
Repair the ESO Launcher
Open The Elder Scrolls Online Launcher by right-clicking on the icon on the desktop and selecting Run as Administrator.
Wait for the launcher to open completely.
If multiple ESO clients are installed and available through the launcher, make sure you have the correct version highlighted by clicking on it once.
Open the Game Options dropdown menu and click on the option for Repair.
Allow the launcher to examine all the files for the game. This may take some time.
If any files are found to have problems, the launcher will re-download those files.
Delete the ESO Launcher Folder
PC: Go to the Launcher folder and delete it.
You can find this by default at C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\Launcher.
Mac: Open Finder, go to Applications, and then look for and delete the Zenimax Online folder.
The Launcher folder will be under the main ZOS folder.
Download new ESO Launcher
Once you have deleted the folder, download the ESO Launcher from your account management page here to reinstall it. You can do this by logging in to your account on our website and clicking the Download Game button on the page for your appropriate platform.
If you play on Steam, download a new copy of the game through Steam.0 -
