    We’re waiting to find out. Some are speculating that it will come later in the year as a Q4 update.

    Based on the main quests ending south seems the very likely next step to the narrative.

    ZOS never said we were getting all of Elsweyr, they have however referred to the chapter as 'Elsweyr'.. because they are incapable of understanding how human communication and words work.

    And Morrowind should have been named 'Vvardenfell', but Vvardenfell and Anequina doesn't grab attention and telling the general gameplaying public you're releasing Vvardenfell wouldn't make the nonsense 'Go back to the land of TES3' marketing work.

    The truth is that ZOS had planned to include all of Elsweyr, but unfortunately did not get it ready in time. So they halved it, and think they can satisfy people with that.

    Pretty sure it got announced at QuakeCon that Southern Elsweyr is confirmed for 2019 Q4 DLC zone. To be approximately the same size as Murkmire.

    You're not going to get a full-size zone as a DLC.

    Northern Elsweyr was already arguably the biggest PvE zone in the game

    The remaining space in Elsweyr is fairly large. I'm hoping that this DLC will end up covering all of it, because after a whole year of Khajiits, I'm certain that few people would be interested in speculating on future Elsweyr-related content for years to come.

    They already said on live it will be the size of murkmire. Don’t expect something the size of north elseweyr

    My guess is it will cover the entire region. It just won't be to scale.

    You're not going to get a full-size zone as a DLC.

    Of course not, that would be like us getting Orsinium as a DLC.
