Load Screens during combat and events - yeah, that's been a problem for years in Cyrodiil. I'll get one at least once every night if I'm in a keep as the flags flip. If I'm lucky, I don't die while I'm in the loading screen.
Disconnects during combat - again, I get this one pretty often in Cyrodiil. Some nights, I only crash when we're riding into a heavily contested keep, which is something that impacts a lot of players when it comes to fights with lots and lots of players. Other nights, I'm disconnecting left and right. About the only thing I've found that helps is making sure my graphics card is absolutely up-to-date, but even that doesn't save me from DCs during heavy fighting.
Queues have been broken since...before the Undaunted event two years ago, and they still haven't fixed the Dungeon groupfinder. Battlegrounds likewise is a known bug, and they haven't commented on it. The BG one is hard, because the easy workaround would be to lessen the penalty for leaving a match to account for people leaving failed matches...but then you run the risk of people just quitting out of bad matches when they are losing.
I haven't had your mount bug, I confess. I'm seeing lots of issues with Rapid Manuevers. Since Wrathstone, I can cast Rapids and while it goes out to the other members of my group, I'm not getting the buff myself. Its really odd, because it works sometimes and not others.
In any case, I've come to the realization that ZOS moves very, very slowly when it comes to fixing bugs AND they prefer not to acknowledge a bug until they have a fix ready to roll out.

I guess I am picky. I feel like when you give money for a product, especially entertainment, you want it to fulfill that value. For me... PvP is my fun outlet. I like PvE sure... but PvP is where the rush is. I just want to be able to actually enjoy it. My first scroll run I was disconnected twice before the cap which was pretty disheartening. I spent all this time reading, learning, doing math on builds only to get out there and realize that I wasn't going to die to just players online. Game mechanics or issues were also going to kill me repeatedly.
I am understanding of bugs... just not perpetual ones I suppose. Community acknowledgment goes a long way towards a long-term solution.
