I will guarantee dedicated theory crafters will have maxed-out necros in only a couple of hours. They already have full sets of gear loaded out just waiting for them so the moment they hit max they are gonna suit up and roll out.
Depends how many master writs someone has stockpiled in anticipation of making their first Necromancer.
Could be a few hours after release, especially if they have been playing in the public test server and know how they want to set up the character. (and have collected/made the sets they plan to use)
For a fully fleshed out Necromancer, depends how many skill points someone wants for their build and how long it takes for them to get them. For the most eager they might just use the 64 points from leveling and get the rest from Skyshards in Cyrodiil/Alliance ranks.
Mine however will visit sometime after level 10, do the tutorial and leave. Unlocking what ever Assault/support skills they need in Battlegrounds.
Level up to level 50 - with organized group and exp buff you can probably do it in less than 6 hours tbh.
Ppl alrady have gear prepered and golded out.
The question should be: how many hours til "worlds first" 12 necro trial...
No more than 6 hours (and that's for those that want enter at their max cp). Less for those that chose to enter at level 10 and level in Cyrodil.
I expect to see them in Cyrodil tonight and a large number within a few days.
My high score is grinding 10 lvls in 1h. But that was a low level character during the most recent event with XP boosts. The really fast people I'm guessing just bolt through skyreach or the spellscar a bunch of times, ding 50.
It would not surprise me at all if I see a lvl 50 Necromancer tomorrow.

FYI - There is no such thing as 'night capping' in a world wide MMO.
FYI - There was no paid Beta. When they launched the game the Beta was over, even if you don't think it was.
FYI - It's B2P not F2P. There is a difference.
FYI - It doesn't take any player skill to mash keys or buttons in this game. The ones that stay alive longer have the better internet connection and speed.
FYI - The game is not broken, it still works. It just has 'bugs' that need to be fixed.
Balance is a "Bad" thing.
Example: There were hundreds of Jedi and only two Sith in Star Wars. The Jedi wanted, "Balance in the Force" and they got it. Now there are only two Jedi and two Sith.

Is the glass half full or half empty?
I say, "Get a smaller glass."
With the right method one can level a character within half an hour, then buy some skills with the new Crown store skyshards. And the right set could be already in the bank, so the most try hard one will be there within 2-3 hours I think, but after 12-24 hours I think there will be plenty for 20 kill quest
