Is the old version on its own still available? If now this is a horrible move by ZOS.
Also adding new things to the store at a discount and saying it's on sale. Didn't FO76 get slammed for doing this?
What I'm seeing on the page you linked is a discounted price of 2,000 crowns, down from a standard price of 11,700. In other words, supposedly an 80%+ discount. Now, if the listed price before discount has been hiked to make the discount appear larger, that's sleazy AF and one of the practices any sensible jurisdiction forbids when it comes to special sales.

The old version was mentioned as being slated for removal, so this seems to be it for Any Race, Any Alliance.
And yes, Fallout put items up in a bundle that was “discounted” from the supposed full price when the items were not actually available separately at any price.
I suppose the question is: is the 2k crown price the “normal” price for the bundle, and the 82% off represents the “discount” from their individual prices (which no longer exist)? Or is this a limited time sale where the price will go “back” up to 11k+ at some point?

Since when was the Any Race upgrade worth over $100??
I really hope it's the former because otherwise it's another step towards the dark side by ZOS.I suppose the question is: is the 2k crown price the “normal” price for the bundle, and the 82% off represents the “discount” from their individual prices (which no longer exist)? Its also an bundle who does not make sense. You want this mostly for creating an new character. Is the old version on its own still available? If now this is a horrible move by ZOS.

Hey all, just to clear up some confusion here. The price you see on the Any Race, Any Alliance bundle is its permanent price. It's meant to display the total value of the bundle, rather than a sale (which is why there's no timer.)
