Extraction is good only if you want to decon or refine. Keen Eye is good only if you want to farm mats. The upgrade passives are good only if you want to upgrade gear.
So if im not going to craft, im not going to lose on much to not take extraction and improvment? So I can feel safe

But I would only need that particular trait that I want to transmute too right? And reserch 1 item in each slot is no problem
I think I will go with:
Hireling -> Item Improvment -> Extraction then (no reason to upgrade the base level of blacksmith/woodworking/jewelcrafting (if im not going to craft anything)
How does reward from daily crafting work? I mean, nice to do them for rewards^^

Eventually, they also get full points in extraction so they grind out better mats from decon.
Sounds like you already have points in alchemy and provisioning to improve the time on your potions/food.

If you don't max out the skill level, I wouldn't bother with hireling. All you will get is iron. But I would invest in temper, or whatever the one is for reducing mats needed to upgrade an item.

So hirelings will get resource that my rank on the crafting is on?Then hirelings is kinda waste ya before max the skill level.
If so, I prob will go improvment -> extraction -> max out 1 skill + hireling -> max out next skill + hireling
So crafting dailys are kinda waste to do if Im not max in the skill then? No chance to get the upgrade materiel if im not @max?

If not at max skill you won't get any writs, but you will still get surveys which are useful. Also if not at max skill, you can still get tempers from the hirelings, but at a much lower rate.

Never done any master writs before, but looking on it right now, only housing items etc?
If so...why would I bother... I dont care about my house
True true, surveys are nice. Its so hard to choose....
