Soul Tether = Dot ?

Thoragaal✭✭✭✭✭There are two different damaging components to soul tether. First it deals direct aoe damage, after that it deals additional damage over time.
Master-at-Arms increases the direct damage component, Thaumaturge increases the DoT.
