I don't have any Orc characters, but I saw one the other day and thought "What a handsome Orc." which was peculiar bc I don't see many of them. Orcs in general, that is, handsome or not.

I don't have an any RedGuard characters either bc I am mostly a Magicka User but there are some fine Reds as well.

The thing is, Beauty is in the Eye of the beholder so what we consider "Handsome" may not be the same for you, I suppose.

I was just playing with the Character creation screen and came up with 2 looks. It depends on what your preferences are but just to show the possibilities from a Angular Middle eastern look with a slim, athletic build to a more moderate African look with a Muscular build. I'm partial to thick brows and strong jawlines so they have some similarities lol... I even had a long haired version of the first that I looked pretty similar to a Tarzan/ Jon Snow.

All of the male toons that I've tried to create look like a guy I dated in high school. He wore socks with sandals, which should tell you EVERYTHING. They look way too effeminate and way too happy (the mouth upturn level looks completely different between the character creation tool and in-game).

So instead, I've taken to making what appears to be the same female Bosmer... it wasn't intentional at first but I've given up trying to make them look super different and have accepted my preferences.

And I had to give Finvir a sex change because he looked like the type to wear socks with sandals... she's now Nalia. And yes, she'll get her own Dro-m'Athra outfit too when I get around to it I KNOW WHAT I LIKE SUE ME.

Sidra, my main, is currently in her battle outfit but she's more or less the same.

I had that problem with almost all of my characters; I finally tried using the randomize feature until I got a random combination I liked most of, then fine-tuned from there. That worked a lot better.

I think the male redguards and imperials are quite easy to make handsome, but beauty lies in the eyes of beholder and you might think otherwise. So, since you didn't give any hints to what kind of appearance and features you deem handsome I just played around a little in the character creator and made a redguard I think looks decent.

Never tried a redguard but understand the frustration. It can take me over 30 minutes before I get that look I'm going for.

Because mine had a sex change due to the fact that I can't make good-looking male toons.
