This has never happened to me before. In the last 30 minuted I have been disconnected from server 3X. I have to keep having to re-log. Is there an issue I'm not aware of that Z is trying to fix?

Which server are you on and are you still getting disconnected now?
Try restarting your PC and waiting 15 to 20 minutes before logging in. Doing so can help with disconnection issues that suddenly occur.The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios
