Dungeon grind isn't too bad as long as you make sure to inform your party of what you're looking for and even if a desired item drops in the wrong trait you can always retrait it at a transmutation station. Also make sure to seek out treasure chests for additional item drop chances.

Naw dungeon grind is terrible, because 1 you deal with sometimes low levels. so if they get what you want unfortunately it does not scale to your level. 2nd is the group leaving immediately right after completion and not knowing if they acquired anything you were looking for. 3rd is unable to complete the dungeon even on normal because the group or certain individuals are just not strong enough. so I can't agree with you and say the grind for dungeons is easy, unless you are looking for body pieces or a monster helm. The drop rates on jewelry and weapons are terrible at "times" which results in you having to rerun a long repetitive dungeon to end up not getting the weapon you want, the traits at this point don't matter due to transmute stones as you stated, but when a "Simple" "Intermediate" "Advanced" chest gives you no sets that are associated with said dungeon it becomes a problem. And it makes grinding repetitive to the point that you lose interest very fast.
