Im on the vetr last step after i killed aelif, the quest tells me to return to the earth-forge so the council can judge sees-all-colors and name merric fighters guild leader, so i take the portal, and upon arriving, the quest step updtes to "enter portal to the halls of submission", where i just came from. entering the portal returns me to where i was just at, mobs dead and nothing to do.

I need kagrenacs hope and literally a vanilla quest bug is stopping me. what a time to be alive.
