Low cp in cyro

So Just to clarify I’m pretty good in bgs but wtf in Cyro I pulled my whole combo and it took 10% of someone’s health.
I’m cp 440 and a stamblade.
Wtf am I doing wrong can any1 recommend a cp setup for me?

✭✭✭CPs make a huge difference. I had the same experience as low CPs and went to no-CP pvp and never looked back. I’m max CP now, but still play no-CP because I prefer a more even playing field when I pvp.
Going into CP pvp at low CPs will just put you on the other end of a 1vX video.Looking for any guildies I used to play with:

in Cyro everyone stacks on Crit rating. both offensive and defensive. u go deep (thats what she said), or u get THICC.......

i dont have any problem in tanking a full group untill my teammates come back which im healing. that way ive won many bg matches. but it will cost u dmg and u wont be able to survive forever like u can in cp pvp.
the way that cp bg failed is proove enough. even now in high mmr matches it can end by timer not by kills. when nocp is allready borderline unbalanced in defense there is no hope for cp pvp.

✭✭✭Now that I’m max CP I’ve though about giving CP pvp a spin. I’ve always wondered, why are people unkillable in CP pvp?
For the most part CPs should negate each other. The only difference I see is higher stat pools and all the green points for more sustain, and reducing the costs of break free, dodge rolling, etc...Looking for any guildies I used to play with:

Noncp is just as unbalanced as cp
Where cp has it’s absurd unkillable tank issue
Noncp has the issue of dot builds overperforming as well as proc sets and bleeds.
Bg’s Is still an epic fail even without cp. thanks to MMR and the absurd cheese that’s in there.
Also I literally have a joke of a time killing people in noncp. I don’t even need offensive sets because people are extremely squishy in noncp.
I’m not saying cp is better, but I’m simply saying is they’re both unbalanced in their own ways.
Also you’re a healer so you’re supposed to be tanky while healing in PvP. Your statement about tanking is just absurdly laughable0 -

which server do u play ? in high mmr matches its pretty hard to kill anyone. which procsets do u mean becouse in cp pvp most ppl would use a procset called 7th legion for example.
dots are not a problem in cp pvp becouse dmg itself is not a problem in cp pvp. this doesnt mean that dots arent even more overperforming in cp pvp than in nocp. u have tooltips reaching up to 40 k bleed dmg in cp pvp.
becouse of the resource management in nocp procsets are rly not that good in high mmr where u have drawn out fights.
Look the following is just an example of alcast using no procsets (no healproc shieldproc or dmgproc whatsoever) the sets hes using are in the description of the video.
