Twilight Tormentor activation bug

This bug appeared on PTS when damage scaling for the Twilight was fixed. The Tormentor morph of the ability currently doesn't work, as the activated effect (increased damage on targets over 50%) is bugged and doesn't actually provide any additional damage.
