Anyone else having trouble purchasing Elsweyr (resolved)?

T.T I am ready to give up and say it wasn't meant to be... but wondering if anyone else has issue with their purchase of Elsweyr on Amazon?

Amazon was very sincere in helping me resolve my issue. They really worked to make things work even they couldn't figure it out till agent 5. It only took 3 days, bit with effective communication they won trust and loyalty. It made me realize another company do far better.

update I had decided to swap editions of my pre-order and this inadvertently lost my slot of the game and now on a waiting list, according to customer support and Amazon doesn't have the supply to meet the demand.

Seems like a better option is to buy it directly from the ESO store page or via Steam, since its a digital code anyway, both auto apply it to your account so you don't have to enter the code.

Nope, not buying it in the first place and spending that much else where.... Ping is at unacceptable standards for oceanic/sea based players with zero plans/responses to fixing the issue
